Holly Bergman is a 2nd year MFA student at George Mason University getting both her MFA in Creative Writing and also the Publishing Practice Certificate. She is going to graduate in Spring 2024. She currently works for the Cheuse Center for International Writers as their Communication Manager, and she also works for Capucia Publishing as a copyeditor.
She wants to go into publishing, whether that be as an editor, a literary agent, or anything inbetween.
She is also the Assistant Nonfiction Editor for So to Speak (one of GMU's literary journals) and she also reads and rates creative nonfiction for the Rumpus.
Her goals for this class are to broaden her horizons and be able to add HTML and CSS coding to her resume to make her more marketable and employable in the competitive job market.
